How to use~
 Dip your Dual Scrub Mitt under warm water for about 10 seconds to soften material. While in shower/bath apply your favorite liquid or bar soap to suds up your mitt. Gently massage into skin in circular motion with the matte textured side and use the fine mesh side to build up suds and foam. Rinse access suds out then hang your Dual Scrub Mitt in the open air to dry. Once dried til next use repeat this process. Use 2-3 times weekly. Replace your Mitt every 2-3 months.
